D3 Productions, Inc., producer of the Emmy-winning documentary "Sketching the Silk Road," filmed the finale of the forthcoming "Interpreting Ancient Fashion" here at the Gallery on March 6. The shoot featued local fashion designers Colleen Quen and Jude Gabbard, who presented works inspired by their recent sojourn in China's Guizhou Province. And a star sighting. The documentary will air on PBS stations in 2009. More info about the project here.

Davide Coltro will be featured in the 2007 "Art of Digital" exhibition in San Diego, October 6 - November 11. Coltro's work was selected for inclusion in this juried exhibition of cotemporary art in digital media by SF MOMA Director Neal Benezra.
Alika Cooper will have a solo show at Galleria Studio Legale in Rome, opening September 27. This is her first European solo exhibition.
