Wang Tiande

A key figure in the rise of experimental ink painting in the 1990s, Wang Tiande's calligraphy, paintings, and digital collages have been exhibited throughout the world. His works are included in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, the Hong Kong Museum of Art, and the National Art Museum of China. He lives and works in Shanghai, where he is a professor at the Shanghai Institute of Visual Art.
